Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, subject to stock being available.

We will advise you by email if we are out of stock and when you are likely to receive you order.

All packages will be shipped via standard 1st Class within the UK unless you specifically request an alternative service, in which case please request a shipping quote at the time of ordering. All Overseas orders will be shipped by Tracked Service.

Our standard shipping charges are as follows:

  • Shipping to the UK
    To ship 1 x 7” single Standard = £2.50
    For quantities over 1 add £1 for each additional 7” single up to a maximum of 5 singles.
    Shipping on quantities of 6 or more is free of charge.
  • Shipping to the EU
    To ship up to 2 x 7” singles by Tracked (or Recorded) Delivery = £9.95
    For quantities over 1 add £1 for each additional 7” single.
  • Shipping to North America
    To ship up to 2 x 7” singles by Tracked (or Recorded) Delivery = £12.75
    For quantities over 1 add £1 for each additional 7” single.
  • Shipping to Antarctic, Asia, Africa , Central and South America
    To ship up to 2 x 7” singles by Tracked (or Recorded) Delivery = £12.50
    For quantities over 1 add £1 for each additional 7” single.
  • Shipping to Japan
    To ship up to 2 x 7” singles by Tracked (or Recorded) Delivery = £12.25
    For quantities over 1 add £1 for each additional 7” single.
  • Shipping to Australia and New Zealand
    To ship up to 2 x 7” singles by Tracked (or Recorded) Delivery = £13.75
    For quantities over 1 add £1 for each additional 7” single.

Please be aware that we do not refund postage costs for unwanted orders.

Order Cancellation & Returns

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods.
  • Goods must be returned to us in an unused condition.
  • To cancel an order please use the form on our Contact Page clearly stating “Order Cancellation” in the message and include your order number.
  • Please be aware that we do not refund postage charges for unwanted or cancelled orders.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

In the unlikely event that a product reaches you in a less than perfect condition, please telephone our Customer Service Department on 01747 811100 or use the form on our Contact Page, clearly stating “Warranty Claim” in the message and including your order number to receive a Return Authorisation number (RA number) and further instructions.

Pack your product and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure safe delivery. Tunes Limited is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please include the following information in your package:

  • Tunes Return Authorisation number
  • Your name, address, day time phone number and e-mail address (if applicable)
  • Reference your assigned RA number on the outside of your package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your claim.
  • Copy of original proof of purchase (receipt).
