Originally recorded by Phreek under the supervision of legendary New York Patrick Adams in the mid-70s, the record did not get a full-blown release despite its popularity when played in the clubs on an exclusive basis by Larry Levan. Fast forward to '83, and Adams was invited to re-record the track with the same lead vocalist Chris Wiltshire. This produced the Class Action version which went on, not only to new Club popularity but to chart placings as well both in the States and the UK.
