Two Drifters hits from '61/'62 back-to-back on this 1972 Reissue onn the Blue/Brown Atlantic Label. 'Sweets For My Sweet' was of course covered by the Searchers to give thenm their first UK No 1. 'When My Little Girl Is Smiling' was covered in the UK by Craig Douglas and by Jimmy Justice, both versions outcharted the Drifters' original.
