During the mid-70's as the 'Disco' boom swept across America, the 'Salsoul' Label was launched by RCA to cash in on this new wave. It brought a distinctive Soul/Dance sound to the dancefloors and was the first to introduce the 12" single into our lives. Two outstanding examples here.
