Memphis Band formed in 1966 who went on to record prodigiously through the 70's and 80's. This was their first release, a raucous club instrumental with a 'live' feel which came from a group of school children who were invited into the studio to yell 'Soul Finger!' and were rewarded with Coca-Cola ! A skit on the then newly released Bond Movie 'Goldfinger'. It was a Chart Hit Stateside, peaking at No 3, and a club favourite to this day across the Wiorld.
