Featuring Eddie Kendricks on lead vocal , this was the Temptations returning to their pre-Psychedelic Soul days. A breathtaking ballad which hit No 1 in the States and UK Top Ten. Interesting historically as well, it was Kendricks's final recording with the Temps. He left to go solo during an acrimonious parting between them.
