Lynn Annette Ripley, known to friends and family as Twinkle, wrote and recorded this somewhat morbid account of a Motorcyclist coming to his death. The record was deemed to be in 'bad taste' by the powers that be and promptly banned by the BBC. Despite this it reached No 4 on the UK Charts in '64.
