Better known as one-half of a prolific hit-writing duo with his wife Cynthia Weil, with whom he wrote such 60's classics as 'Saturday Night At The Movies' and 'Im Gonna Be Strong, Barry also had an early-60's singing career in which he had success on the crest of the novelty dance boom of '61/'62. This hard-to-find 45 dates from 1962, not a particularly large hit in the US, it meant even less chart-wise in the UK. This copy is in very clean condition, with clear labels apart from the residue of what was obviously a small label on Side A. No tears to the label, VCS cleaned.
